How to Apply Care Sunblock Lotion

1. Use an ounce of care sunblock lotion (a handful) to cover your entire body.
2. Apply it on all parts of your skin exposed to the sun, including the ears, back, shoulders, and the back of the knees and legs.
3. Apply the sunblock thickly and thoroughly.
4. Don’t apply the lotion around the eyes.

When to Apply Care Sunblock Lotion

1. Apply care sunblock lotion approximately 30 minutes before being in the sun so that it can be absorbed by the skin and less likely to wash off when you perspire.
2. Remember to reapply it after swimming or exercise.
3. Apply the lotion often throughout the day if you work outdoors, and wear hats and protective clothing.
